- Enter your valid email address. This email will be used for all future logins and important notifications from Exness. For convenience, you can also sign up instantly using your Google account by clicking the “Continue with Google” option.

After submitting your documents, the verification process may take up to 24 hours.
If your documents are rejected, you can restart the process from the Identity Verification step.

At Exness, you can choose from five trading account types based on your trading style: Standard, Standard Cent, Pro, Zero, and Raw Spread.

To create an Exness trading account

Change maximum leverage
The maximum leverage depends on your trading account’s current requirements, which are determined by its current equity. You can choose any custom leverage below the maximum allowed for your account.
Click the dropdown icon to expand your account card and view the leverage currently set on your trading account.

To change leverage
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA).
- Click the three-dot icon next to the trading account you want and select Change Max Leverage.
- Use the dropdown to set your leverage from 1:2 to 1:Unlimited. To set a specific value, choose Custom.
- Click Continue and then Confirm to apply the new leverage settings.
If you choose a leverage higher than what is currently available (due to your account equity or higher margin requirements), the actual leverage applied to your positions will be lower than the maximum you set.
You can check the actual leverage applied to your account in your Personal Area (PA).
Rename your account
- Go to My Accounts in your Personal Area (PA).
- Click the three-dot icon on the trading account you want to rename to open its settings.
- Select Rename Account; a pop-up window will appear.
- Enter your desired account nickname and click Continue to confirm.
Your trading account will now display the new nickname in your account list.
Set read-only access
Setting a read-only password lets you share access to your trading account with a third party, allowing them to view all trading activity without the ability to execute any trades.
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA) and go to My Accounts.
- Click the three-dot icon on the trading account you want to manage.
- Select Manage Your Statements.
- Check the box to receive email statements and click Save.
- To stop receiving statements, repeat the steps and uncheck the box, then click Save.
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA) and go to My Accounts.
- Click the three-dot icon next to the trading account you want to manage.
- Select Set Read-Only Access.
- Enter a unique password following the on-screen password requirements. Using the same password as your trading password will not work.
- Click Confirm to save your new password.
Manage statements
To manage your Exness statements:
- Go to your PA and click My Accounts.
- Click the three-dot icon on the trading account you want to manage.
- Select Manage your statements.
- To receive email statements, check the box and click Save.
- To stop receiving statements, simply uncheck the box and click Save.

Change trading password
You will need to set up a trading password for each trading account you create and use it while logging in to the trading platform.

- Enter a unique password following the on-screen password requirements. Using the same password as your current trading password will not work.
- Click Confirm to save your new password.
Archive account
You can manually archive your trading accounts to hide them from the Real and Demo accounts lists in their respective tabs. Archived accounts will then appear in the Archived tab within the My Accounts section of your Personal Area (PA).
Demo accounts are irreversibly deleted after inactivity.
Real trading accounts can be archived manually or will be automatically archived after a period of inactivity, defined as no trading or balance operations.
Archived real accounts cannot be used for trading until they are reactivated. Any funds remaining in the account will stay intact, but transaction functionality will be restored only after reactivation.

Finding your archived accounts
Archived accounts are displayed in the Archived tab within the My Accounts section of your Personal Area (PA).
To locate them:
- Log in to your Personal Area (PA) and go to the My Accounts tab.
- Click on the Archived tab to view all archived accounts.
Manual archiving
On the Web Personal Area (PA):
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Go to My Accounts.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the account and select Archive Account.
Using Exness Trade App:
- Open Exness Trade.

Automatic archiving
Real accounts are automatically archived after a period of inactivity, while demo accounts are permanently deleted.
For both MT4 and MT5, real accounts may be archived after 3 days of inactivity.
Archived accounts are hidden in your Personal Area (PA) but remain active in MetaTrader. It is recommended to reactivate archived accounts instead of creating new ones.
